ANB identified and fixed that dreaded leak that came from my top floor bathroom which, if left untreated, could have resulted in serious issues with my ground floor ceiling. In addition, as Murphy's law would have it, my hot water system gave up the ghost on Friday night. No problems for ANB Plumbing! They scheduled time around their own social engagements to put in a temporary hot water system and hence hot water supply to see me through to Monday when my hot water system could be repaired. Each time he has been there when he said he would! He has provided several options and surprisingly when he found that the job required less than he had quoted he invoiced us for the work he did which was less than his quote. Above & Beyond - Great slogan matched by the great service. Issue with stormwater plumbing - all parties say not my fault. 3 months after moving in builder finally gets a camera in the pipes - now we know what's going on! Neil is out within the day, fixes the problem - no more stormwater issues flooding the neighbours. Wish the builder was as customer focussed. Neil was great, arrived on time, got the job done and cleaned up after himself. While doing that he noticed my oven would slide out of position when opening the oven door so put a screw in place to secure it. Also had a BBQ to connect on natural gas a month later and again he was fantastic. Got all the certificates of compliance quickly and without fuss. He rang Neil from ANB Plumbing, who came within half an hour or so (therefore not holding up the cabinet maker nor the electrician that were both on site) I found Neil to be very accommodating, very friendly, and clearly knew his work. At the same time I was also having problems with a burner not igniting on my cook top. I had contacted another plumber who came, couldn’t fix the problem, and told me I would need new parts, which proved extremely difficult as my cook top is an Italian company that do not exist in Australia anymore. I asked Neil to have a look at it, and with a small adjustment and a “tweak” here and there, it worked immediately and has not given me a moments trouble since.
